The purpose of the International Operational Services Practice Group (IOS PG) is to provide legal services to companies regarding the day-to-day operations of their business and to educate and inform IOS PG members and their clients in the legal topics and issues that Operational Services encompasses.
The IOS PG focuses on Operational legal issues including:

- Bankruptcy
- Environmental
- Intellectual Property
- Labor and Employment
- Tax
Membership Criteria:
- Attorney spends a significant amount of time practicing Operational Services Law
- Pursues a continued legal education in this field
