The purpose of the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group (IDR PG) is to develop a mutual understanding among Practice Group Members of the many issues and problems that may arise when resolving disputes in an international arena through litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods; to look at the interplay between proceedings before national courts, arbitral tribunals and mediation panels in foreign jurisdictions; and to organize client events and publications on the above topics to the mutual benefit of the IDR PG members and their clients (business development).

The IDR Practice Group focuses on various topics within the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution including:

• Litigation
• International/Cross-Cultural ADR Legal Issues;

Membership Criteria:

1. Attorney spends a significant amount of time practicing Alternative Dispute Resolution Law
2. Pursues a continued legal education in this field
