Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP (TCDG) is pleased to announce that William A. Bulfer has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Bill’s practice is focused mainly on liability and coverage issues. He also maintains an active workers’ compensation practice. Bill received his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and minors in Psychology and Spanish.
He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Buncombe County Bar Association, and Armadillo Club. Bill served as chair of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys local government practice group from 2009-2010. He has also been recognized as a “Rising Star” by his peers in the 2010-2012 editions of Super Lawyers.
