Kinnard, Clayton & Beveridge Attorneys Honored by Peers as Best Lawyers

Attorneys Randy Kinnard, Daniel Clayton and Mark Beveridge have all been honored by their peers in the legal profession yet again with a place on the 2015 Best Lawyers list.

Attorney Clayton was named Lawyer of the Year in the Nashville area for his representation of clients injured in medical malpractice cases, the second time he has won the award.

“I am honored to be named the Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers,” said Clayton.

“I care deeply for the people I represent. They have oftentimes suffered unimaginable harms and losses. It is an honor to stand for them. “

“Receiving this award is a statement of the dedication of our team,” said Randall L. Kinnard.

All three attorneys were recognized as Best Lawyers in the fields of medical malpractice and personal injury, while Kinnard and Clayton were also recognized for their work in products liability cases.

The trio has made a habit of collecting the yearly honors: Clayton and Beveridge have been on the list since 2010 and 2011, respectively, and Randy Kinnard has been recognized each year since 1993. Kinnard is also a previous recipient of the Lawyer of the Year award for personal injury litigation, having last won it in 2013.

In addition to the individual accolades received by its partners, Kinnard, Clayton & Beveridge is also listed in Best Lawyers as one of America’s Best Law Firms in the same plaintiff-focused practice areas.
