Townes JohnsonRoe Cassidy Coates and Price, P.A. is pleased to announce that Townes B. Johnson III has joined the firm.

As he has for the last nine years, Townes’ practice will continue to focus on construction law, creditor’s rights, business and civil litigation.  Townes received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law and his MBA from the Brock School of Business; both at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Prior to law and business school, Townes received a B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University in 2001. Townes is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Greenville County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association.  He is admitted to practice in South Carolina, and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. was founded in January 2002 by five former shareholders of another Greenville law firm. Being like-minded in their philosophy and approach to the practice of law, they set out on their own to establish a more concentrated practice of law.
