Litigation and business law firm Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC announced today the promotion of Amy C. Markham to partner. Amy, an experienced litigator in workers’ compensation and construction defect cases, helped open the firm’s Little Rock office five years ago.

“Amy has been an invaluable asset to our office in Little Rock, working tirelessly to provide excellent service and outstanding results to our clients,” said Marc O. Amy attended Ouachita Baptist University and obtained a degree in accounting from Pikeville College in 1997. She graduated from William H. Bowen School of Law in 2002. Amy’s practice areas include tort liability defense, focused primarily on construction and construct defect litigation, along with workers’ compensation litigation.
