Christian & Small Partner to serve a three-year term on the board

The law firm of Christian & Small LLP, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, announced today that Sharon D. Stuart, Esq., a Partner in the Firm, has been appointed to Samford University’s Board of Overseers. She will serve a three-year term on the board, which provides advice and counsel to the Samford University President and Board of Trustees on academic issues and policies and supports the university’s advancement in the community.

“We congratulate Sharon as she embarks on this significant appointment,” said Managing Partner Deborah Alley Smith. “She has a stellar reputation as an influential advocate in the Birmingham community and will be an asset to Samford as a member of its Board of Overseers.”

At Christian & Small, Stuart dedicates her practice to civil trial work and arbitration, focusing on complex commercial, insurance and product liability litigation. She received her B.S. from Samford University and holds a J.D. from its Cumberland School of Law.
