John Narron has been a partner with the Raleigh-based law firm of Smith Debnam since 1987 and currently leads the firm’s family law section. Rose Stout has represented clients in all aspects of family law for 30 years, particularly in cases involving divorce, child custody, equitable distribution, child support, and alimony. Lynn Wilson McNally is a partner practicing in all aspects of family law, who is also a Certified Family Financial Settlement Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Alicia Jurney is a family law attorney who also currently serves as a collaborative attorney with the Integrated Accountability and Collaborative Transparency Program (IACT). Thurston Debnam is one of the firm’s founding partners with more than 30 years of experience in the areas of business and corporate planning, real estate law, and real estate litigation. He is a certified civil Superior Court Mediator, and currently leads the firm’s business law section. Byron Saintsing, a partner who leads the firm’s construction law practice group, has written and lectured on many topics pertaining to construction and equipment leasing. Franklin Drake concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights bankruptcy and litigation, with more than 30 years of legal experience, and lectures extensively on compliance matters in the consumer financial services industry.
