The attorneys of Rothman Gordon P.C.  are pleased to announce that Raymond M. Roberts has been promoted to partner of the firm. Roberts joined the firm in 2013. He serves with the Estates, Trusts & Taxation group, assisting clients with estate planning, estate administration and probate. In addition, he has a robust corporate and real estate practice, representing buyers and sellers in asset and stock purchases, merger and acquisition negotiations, and drafting of contracts. Roberts has also worked extensively with non-profit corporations and 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Duquesne University. He has taught Corporate Law and Introduction to Paralegalism for the Duquesne University Paralegal Institute.

Raymond has been an advocate for children with special needs and serves on the board of directors of Autism Centers of Pittsburgh.

Roberts lives in Plum, PA, with his wife and children.
