Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler (Salt Lake City, UT) is pleased to announce that the American Bankruptcy Institute appointed local attorney Robert Wing as an expert panelist at their 16th Annual Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference in Denver. He served as a panel member relating to federal receiverships for a seminar entitled, “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: Ponzi schemers and their Modern-day Pursuers”.
Mr. Wing is an attorney for the Salt Lake City law firm Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler where he practices in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in Federal receiverships. He has served as a court appointed receiver in many cases for the Securities and Exchange Commission. As receiver, he has extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of assets, the sale of real and personal property, and all phases of litigation and claims administration and distribution. He is an AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubbell and a board member of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
