John F. Queenan, managing partner of ICRH, presented at an Albany Law School education program for recent graduates on Friday, November 4, 2016, at Albany Law School.

John, a 1996 graduate of the law school, spoke about conducting witness interviews and investigations with a focus on the importance of preparation, potential issues in individual v. corporate/employer/employee interviews, applicable ethical rules and context specific requirements, interview tactics and best practices for resolving difficult issues associated with interviews in investigations.

Sponsored by the National Alumni Association, the two day program for 2012-16 Albany Law School graduates provided 16 free CLE credits to participants.
