Ms. Yvonne Y.F. Lin, partner at Formosan Brothers, representing both Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association and Asian Patent Attorneys As-sociation Taiwan Group with the other 11 members of delegation, visited the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) in London, UK from June 1st through June 3, 2011. She was also invited to speak on the Subject of “IP Litigation Practice in Taiwan Intellectual Property Court-- Focus on Patent Infringement cases and brief introduction of Trademark practice” in the professional training workshop organized by CIPA. Combining theories and her abundant experience of practices, Ms. Lin presented to the participants her perspectives and received great responses.
