Dominic joins five esteemed practitioners from an eclectic range of sectors in the legal industry to share their expert perspectives on this monumental legal development.
Dominic will present one of five sessions. His program topic includes, “Is complying with the PDPO enough for the purposes of GDPR – An overview of the compliance requirements and risks under Hong Kong PDP and EU GDPR”. LexisNexis, with the support of the Executive Committee of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Hong Kong, is offering ACC members a 30% discount off the registration fee.
Dominic’s practice focuses on advising clients on matters relating to anti-corruption, white-collar crime, law enforcement, regulatory and compliance matters in Hong Kong, including advice on anti-money laundering.
