MOSCOW, RUSSIA – The Law Firm Kinanis LLC will be participating in the conference “International Holdings: Current Regulation & Risks” which is being organised by the Moscow Times and which shall take place at the Moscow Marriott Tverskaya on the 21st June 2012 from 09.00am to 13.10pm.

The Conference is broken down into two sessions – the first session covers topics relating to recent tax changes in the Russian tax legislation in the field of international taxation, factors which may influence the choice of jurisdiction for the purposes of international tax planning, effective tax structuring – the risks issues and tax consequences associated with Russia and European jurisdictions and advantages/disadvantages of foreign jurisdictions on regulatory issues.
The second session of the conference will be covered by Kinanis LLC and the topics of the presentations which will be given are:
