Hull Barrett, PC is pleased to announce that attorney Michael E. Fowler, Jr. has become a shareholder in the firm effective June 1, 2013. In the areas of real estate and commercial transactions Mr. Fowler advises and works closely with companies and clients on general corporate matters. His practice concentrates on representing corporate, banking, and individual clients in transactions such as real estate closings, lease and contract negotiation and loan closings. Mr. Fowler is a graduate of the University of Georgia and graduated from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 2000. He joined Hull Barrett, PC in 2008 after serving as in house legal counsel for Hull Storey Gibson Companies.

“Mike’s extensive residential and commercial real estate experience will continue to enhance our real estate and corporate capabilities in Aiken, Richmond and Columbia Counties,” added Rand Hanna, transactional partner in the firm’s Aiken, South Carolina office. “We are excited to have Mike as a shareholder, and are confident that he will continue to help us on a wide range of real estate and corporate matters for our existing and future clients,” said Hanna.

Mr. Fowler works out of the firm’s Evans, Georgia office and is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. In addition Mr. Fowler is a member of the Augusta Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Board of Directors for the First Tee of Augusta.
