The Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter Year In Review 2015 edition came out this week, and Spicer Rudstrom is well represented. Gary M. Kellar, partner in the firm’s Nashville office, topped the list for “The Most Prolific Trial Attorneys of 2015.” Gary defended multiple litigations in the Nashville area, including trying cases in Sumner and Montgomery Counties. His 11-year total is 26 cases tried—ranking him fifth among trial attorneys from 2005 to 2015.
Spicer Rudstrom topped the list for “The 2015 Most Prolific Trial Law Firms” for the eight cases its Nashville and Memphis offices tried last year. Statewide, Spicer Rudstrom tried 63 cases between 2005 and 2015, ranking the firm fifth in reported cases over that 11-year period. “With respect to Gary, specifically, his track record for not only trying cases but winning cases attests to his skill and expertise as a trial lawyer.
