David G. Wolff recognized by South Carolina Super Lawyers

Barnes Alford is pleased to announce that David G. Wolff has been selected for recognition in the 2014 edition of the “South Carolina Super Lawyers” magazine. Mr. Wolff was selected to the Super Lawyers list in the Real Estate category.
Mr. Wolff currently serves as a Managing Partner of the firm. His practice is devoted to real estate, banking and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate. His real estate practice includes representation of lenders and developers in all types of projects, including shopping centers, lifestyle centers, hotels, office buildings, apartments, condominiums, golf courses and residential developments. His responsibilities typically include handling land acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, title review, document preparation and review, legal opinions, environmental issues, and leasing matters. Mr. Wolff frequently acts as local counsel for lenders and borrowers in connection with multi-state secured lending transactions. His banking practice includes serving as bank counsel in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions. His corporate practice includes the representation of business clients in the areas of formation, compliance, contracts, real estate, and financing.
