BranscombNewAttysAttorneys Rhonda Jolley, Grady Jolley, Jessica R. Mann and Carly Hawthorne have joined Branscomb PC, bolstering the South Texas regional law firm’s existing real estate and litigation groups and bringing the firm an active water law practice.

Rhonda Jolley and Grady Jolley join the now 29-lawyer Branscomb as shareholders in its newly-expanded 10,000 square feet of office space at Travis Park Plaza in downtown San Antonio. Both focus on commercial real estate and water law.

Rhonda Jolley was previously a shareholder in the firm from 1996 to 2002. She received her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from University of Texas at Austin.

Grady Jolley focuses his practice on real estate development, water rights use, conveyancing and financing. A frequent lecturer, he serves on the planning committee for the State Bar of Texas’ Changing Face of Water seminar and served as its co-chair in 2011 and 2012. He also serves on the Water Law Committee of the state bar’s Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.

An experienced trial lawyer, Mann now focuses on commercial and civil litigation. She practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada for nine years primarily handling personal and commercial lines defense cases. She received her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego and her bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College.

Hawthorne joins as a member of the firm's real estate group. She will continue to focus on real estate, banking and water law. She received her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from University of Texas at Austin.
