Attorneys Selected to 2012 North Carolina Super Lawyers® List
Hilton “Hutch” Hutchens and Sarah D. Miranda of The Law Firm of Hutchens, Senter & Britton, P.A., have been named to the 2012 North Carolina Super Lawyers® list as “North Carolina Rising Stars.”
Miranda, a Rising Star in 2009 and 2011, was chosen for her practice in bankruptcy and creditor and debtor rights. Hutchens, a first-time honoree, was chosen for his practice in business litigation.
The Super Lawyers® selection process includes peer nominations, a blue ribbon panel review and independent research of candidates. The annual list appears in North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine and online at superlawyers.com. According to Super Lawyers® publishers, only five percent of the North Carolina attorneys are chosen each year.
