Hull Barrett, PC is pleased to announce that Mary Runkle Smith has joined the firm as an associate.

Mrs. Smith’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation. Her experience includes defending clients in a variety of complex litigated matters, particularly allegations of federal securities law violations. She also has experience in class actions, complex business litigation, consumer, securities, contract disputes, intellectual property, protection of trade secrets and proprietary information, product liability and toxic tort litigation, securities litigation, shareholder class actions, SEC and FINRA investigations and litigation and broker-dealer litigation and arbitration. Mrs. Smith obtained her undergraduate degree and J.D. from Vanderbilt University.

Mrs. Smith works out of the firm’s Augusta, Georgia office and is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York. Before joining Hull Barrett, PC, Mrs. Smith worked for Smith Gambrell & Russell LLP in Atlanta, Georgia.
