Zip Edwards is a litigator working primarily in the resolution of disputes involving real property for title insurance companies, attorneys, developers, builders, lenders, and owners. In addition, Ms. Edwards provides coverage opinions and representation for title insurance companies, as well as engaging in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Ms. Edwards is a member of the Litigation and Real Property Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. She currently serves on the Litigation Committee for the NCBA Real Property Section.

Ms. Edwards has been admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in North Carolina, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (4th Circuit) and the United States Supreme Court.
