Zachary P. Mugge earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, in 2000. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2004, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy, and authored an article entitled: Plan Colombia: The Environmental Effects and Social Costs of the United States’ Failing War on Drugs. He is a member of the American and Colorado Bar Associations. Zach practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation
