Yale I. Lazris, Esq.
Yale, a senior litigator, specializes in creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. During his many years practicing law, he has represented a variety of individual and corporate clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation before the state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Yale received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1961 and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1964. Yale is admitted to practice in New Jersey, and is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations.
