He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2000, where he was awarded Outstanding Editor with the Environmental Law Journal. Mr. McCracken was an Honor Graduate from Baylor University in 1997.
Mr. McCracken is the co-author of “High Court to Resolve Circuit Split in Foreign Discovery Requests,” New York Law Journal, March 8, 2004.
