Wilford A. Beesley, III, Esq.
Bill Beesley’s law practice centers in corporate/business law, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution with particular emphasis in the areas of construction, real estate and intellectual property. He has represented contractors, suppliers, bonding companies, surety companies, title companies, banks, restaurants, sport retailers, commercial real estate brokerages and developers, providing a wide range of services including litigating complex mechanic’s lien claims, handling commercial evictions, and assisting in mergers and acquisitions, to contract drafting and media/public relations consulting.
Mr. Beesley represents several corporate clients in the capacity as outside corporate counsel where he handles all aspects of the companies’ legal affairs. He also represents clients in intellectual property matters extending to trademarks, copyright, and artist representation.
