Hale brings exceptional depth of knowledge and experience to Hull Barrett. Joining the firm, his grandfather founded, in 1955 and with his 50+ years of practicing with the firm, Hale has served as corporate counsel to many of the leading business organizations in the region. He also has won several accolades and honed his craft by serving as lead counsel in connection with numerous public offerings, corporate mergers, acquisitions, major financings and regional commercial and residential developments.
