Biography:
Mr. Morganthaler represents institutions, businesses and individuals in a variety of transactions, including the acquisition, design, development, construction and financing of real estate projects and the leasing of retail and office space. His practice also includes representation of clients in connection with financial, contractual and other issues.
Representative transactions in which Mr. Morganthaler has recently been engaged include:
- Representation of the purchaser of a $44 million specialized manufacturing facility, involving environmental remediation issues and leasing matters;
- Representation of the purchaser in the acquisition, and financing of various medical office buildings
- Representation of the purchaser of commercial retail and office buildings in various states
- Refinancing of a lifestyle center and commercial retail and office properties in various states
- Drafting and negotiation of numerous construction services agreements and design-build agreements on behalf of municipalities, regional education service centers, private schools and developers.
