EDUCATION
As a young lawyer, Tom Christian was fortunate to work with and learn from some of the best trial lawyers in Alabama. That list includes attorneys Harold Bowron, Tom Twitty, Charles Tweedy, Bibb Allen and Harvey Jackson. As a founding member of Christian & Small, Tom now leads other firm attorneys in the development of their trial skills. He has been practicing law for more than 40 years and has served on the faculty of the Bibb Allen Memorial Trial Academy.
Tom attributes his success to getting to know each client and keeping them fully informed about the status of their case. Tom has defended numerous clients in medical malpractice, health care, professional liability, products liability and class action cases.
