Tom Neill is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was selected a National Member of the Order of Barristers, was a national finalist in the Board of Advocates Client Counseling Competition, and received the William H. Howard Award in Conflict of Laws. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999.

Mr. Neill is the co-author of the “Voir Dire and Jury Selection” chapter of the Missouri Civil Trial Practice (3rd edition) 2008 Supp. This publication is used as a practice reference by attorneys throughout Missouri. He has also co-authored several chapters of the “Tort Law Review” for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.

He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois. Mr. Neill practices primarily in civil litigation, including product liability, medical malpractice, Federal Employers Liability Act, (railroad workers), Jones Act, (river workers), and other complex injury cases.

Mr. Neill is on the Executive Committee of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association, a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers, Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, Missouri, Arkansas and Illinois Bar Associations, and is a Fellow of the St. Louis Bar Foundation.

He has been named a “Rising Star” by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine.
