Thomas J. Erbin, Esq.

Thomas Erbin’s civil law practice concentrates on litigation of real estate, title insurance, employment, banking and negotiable instrument matters. He has wide experience in civil appellate work in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He has also handled criminal defense on both the felony and misdemeanor levels.

Prior Professional Experience
Mr. Erbin participated in the successful defense of a products liability claim arising from the nation’s worst mine fire in 20 years.
