Thomas E. Mellon, III, Esq.
Tom Mellon, III, practices all aspects of personal injury law. He concentrates in medical malpractice actions, mass torts,wrongful adoption-related litigation and motor vehicle accidents.
Tom is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. As part of his JD-MBA studies, Tom attended Brasenose College, Oxford University. Tom was graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Government.
Before coming back home to Doylestown, Tom working in Philadelphia defending attorneys accused of legal malpractice. Immediately after graduate schools, Tom remained in Washington, DC, practicing antitrust and securities litigation.
Tom has taught Continuing Legal Education courses to fellow attorneys on legal ethics, legal malpractice avoidance and professional responsibility.
Tom is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He frequently practices pro hoc vice in state and federal courts across the country.
