Mr. Fouad obtained his LL.B in Law from Cairo University and has a legal experience of seven (7) years.
Specialty areas:
Mr. Fouad is a Senior Lawyer in the Firm mainly responsible of the corporate department and all related matters.
Mr. Fouad is involved in drafting general types of agreements, i.e. employment contracts agreements, lease and sale as well as providing legal opinions on various aspects of corporate, commercial and labor law.
Mr. Fouad has an experience in drafting of due diligence reports, legal translation, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and management contracts. Manufacturing, sale, distribution, share transfer and joint venture agreements.

Member in the Egyptian Bar Association.
Major Accomplishments:
- Acquisition of the shares of Al Borg Lab by Abraaj Company;
- TAQA industrial zone agreements (Joint Venture, professional services and other related documents);
- Execution of machines acquisition agreement between Eastern Company and Philip Morris;
- Execution of the license agreement between Diners Club International and NI in Jordan and Lebanon.
