Susan S. Kennedy is an associate and lead member of the firm’s Family Law Group. She brings 25 years of strong advocacy experience to her family law practice, guiding clients through the delicate negotiation of prenuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage, child custody and child support issues. Susan is adept in handling the real estate, bankruptcy and business issues which frequently complicate family law matters, collaborating with Fowler attorneys who concentrate in these related areas to provide her clients with thoroughly informed solutions. Her dedication to her clients goes beyond strong advocacy. She is committed to treating each client with dignity and respect through the emotional challenges which often accompany family law matters.

Pro Bono and Community Leadership
Susan’s professional dedication is reflected in her community service. She serves on the Board of Directors and as president for Sunflower Kids, Inc., an organization which provides supervised visitation services for parents and children in cases where domestic violence is an issue. Susan also participates in other charitable organizations, such as the Board of Directors of the Woodford Humane Society, in addition to handling pro bono cases through the Fayette County Bar Association.
