Susan Christman’s practice is focused on corporate law, partnership law, commercial real estate and securities.

Ms. Christman has served on the Executive Committee of the Mecklenburg County Bar and on the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

She was a member of the committee that drafted North Carolina’s coordinate Reg. D exemption and of the bar committee that drafted and promoted the passage of North Carolina’s version of the Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.
