Biography:

Steven T. Hayes is a Member of the law firm and is a resident in its Providence office. Mr. Hayes started with the firm as an Associate in May of 2002, and, since then, he has handled a wide variety of civil cases in Rhode Island. Beyond defending insured individuals and business in personal injury cases, Mr. Hayes has litigated declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurance carriers. He has also defended individuals and businesses in employment discrimination and construction claims. Mr. Hayes serves as Judge in the Moot Court Competition at Roger Williams University School of Law.
