Stephen Oden, a graduate of the University of Texas and Baylor School of Law, joined the firm in 1965 to fill the increasing need for an attorney who could handle financial and real estate work.

Born Atlanta, Texas, January 3, 1939; admitted to bar, 1965, Texas; 1966, Arkansas. Preparatory education, University of Texas (B.A., 1962); legal education, Baylor University (LL.B., 1965). Fraternity: Delta Theta Phi. Associate Justice, Court of Civil Appeals, 1977-78. Member: Texarkana, Northeast Texas and Arkansas Bar Associations; State Bar of Texas.
