Experience:
Silvia Bolatti concentrates her practice on complex crossborder civil and commercial litigation. She has represented US and foreign clients including product manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, airlines and their insurers, in civil and commercial litigation involving insurance coverage litigation, aviation, and products liability lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Silvia Bolatti also specializes in U.S. tobacco litigation and tobacco regulatory issues including issues relating to the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement between tobacco manufacturers and the States. Prior to forming Bolatti & Associates in 1996, she was associated with the New York office of Katten Muchin & Zavis, a 400 attorney, Chicago based law firm with offices throughout the U.S. and Bigham Englar Jones and Houston, a Wall Street insurance coverage and defense firm. In 1998 Edward Griffith joined Ms. Bolatti to form Bolatti & Griffith, a boutique litigation practice.
