Seth O. Brody, Esq.
SETH O.L. BRODY is a principal of Brody Wilkinson and a member of the firm’s Business and Trusts & Estates Groups. Mr. Brody currently practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law. His clients include individuals, business owners, commercial and industrial companies, and institutional trust departments.
Mr. Brody has practiced with Brody Wilkinson and its predecessors [Brody and Brody, P.C., and Brody and Ober, P.C.] since his admission to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 1955. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Connecticut, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations and their respective Real Property and Probate Sections. He received his B.A. from Yale College in 1950 and LL.B degree from Yale Law School in 1955.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brody has been involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations, currently with FSW, Inc., a social service entity located in Bridgeport, and Operation Hope, a Fairfield agency dedicated to the needs of the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. For the past 15 years he has read aloud to elementary school children in the Bridgeport public school system weekly.
Mr. Brody resides in Monroe, Connecticut, with his wife, Kathy.
