Sergio Mario Ostos is a partner at CCN, where he has worked since 1997. His practice includes working with clients on business and financial transactions in Mexico and the United States, international sales of goods and services, strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax, financial structuring and international business. Sergio Mario Ostos has broad experience representing U.S. clients doing business in Mexico and working with Mexican clients carrying out projects in the United States, as well as non-Mexican investors establishing businesses in Mexico. He has participated in numerous substantial mergers, acquisitions and financings, in particular with the Mexican component of such transactions. Mr. Ostos received his law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City and his Master’s of Law (LL.M.) from New York University Law School. As part of his continuing legal education, he has received various diplomas from the International Bar Association and The College of Law in England. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Mexican Bar Association, International Bar Association, and International Fiscal Association.
