Scott P. Eisenberg, Esq.

Scott Eisenberg represents individuals, corporations, professionals, and municipalities in civil general liability matters.  Scott is experienced in all aspects of litigation involving automobile and premises liability, personal injury, property damage, municipal liability, contract disputes, intentional torts, real property disputes, and insurance coverage disputes.  Scott also has an extensive background defending corporations in products liability matters.  Prior to joining Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles, LLP, Scott was an Associate in the Products Liability, Mass & Complex Tort, Litigation & Dispute Resolution group of a prominent national law firm.

A prolific writer, Scott authored several articles that have been published in national legal periodicals.  Most recently, he wrote two articles for The Practical Litigator, a bi-monthly, subscription-based journal published by the ALI-ABA: The Lawyer’s Evolving Role as…IT Specialist? (January 2008) and ABA Approval of Offshore Outsourcing: Remedy or Death Knoll? (March 2009).

Scott received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2006.  While attending law school, he was a member of the editorial board of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.  Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College in 2000.  While attending Babson, Scott created a business plan for an internet-based grocery service that was one of three plans to be named “Idea of the Year” by the Babson Marketing Association.

Scott was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2006.  In 2007, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  Scott is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Lawyers’ Association.
