District Attorney's office and was a member of Law Review and the Criminal Justice Journal. As a litigator with extensive experience in a wide variety of complex criminal, civil, and commercial matters, he successfully tried over 30 jury trials. His ability to connect with a jury has allowed him to obtain favorable outcomes for his clients facing serious felony charges and significant state prison time.
He has successfully defended felony DUIs with great bodily injury, burglary, and drug possession charges. He is admitted in the Ninth District Court of Appeals and in the California Supreme Court. He provides aggressive representation for his clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
He is also a valued partner with any Human Resources department. He provides consulting on employment law issues, including training and investigations.
