Scott Dougall is the partner in charge of the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers Parramatta office, servicing Western Sydney and beyond.

Scott is a Personal Injury specialist and expert litigator with more than 15 years experience helping his clients resolve some of the most difficult and complex compensation cases. Since 2008 he has been recognised by the NSW Law Society as accredited specialist in personal injury.

His experience has seen him represent clients with both large and small matters in all jurisdictions including the Workers’ Compensation Commission, District & Supreme Courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Scott also acts for a range of employee associations, and is the lead Partner for Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in any commonwealth compensation matters.

Standing shoulder to shoulder with a client and helping guide them to a fair and equitable outcome is fundamental in his approach to the law. At all levels and to all matters, no matter how big or irrespective of their complexity, Scott brings the same ethos of working closely with clients, understanding their unique circumstances and the stress and uncertainty they can feel during the process.

Bringing their cases to a successful resolution is what he points to as the driving factor in his passion for this specialised area of Personal Injury Law.

Scott is also a committed member of the Parramatta and Western Sydney Community. He is a Board Member of Our Lady of Mercy College in Parramatta, and is Secretary of the Parramatta Law Society.

Scott has been a guest lecturer in Remedies at the University of Western Sydney.
