Mr. Miller joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2002 and is a Partner in the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the areas of employment law, family law and general litigation. Presently, Mr. Miller is focusing in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He is a board member of the Addiction Center of Broome County. He is a member of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Broome County and a member of the Vestal Hills Country Club.
