Sarah E. Foulkes, Esq.

Sarah Foulkes represents self-insured and insured clients in the defense of workers’ compensation claim matters. Since joining the Firm in 1999, she has developed a particular proficiency in evaluating, assessing and defending progressive injury asbestos cases.

Ms. Foulkes is a 1999 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in social work, magna cum laude, from the College of St. Benedict. She is admitted to practice in the Minnesota federal and state courts. She is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Ms. Foulkes is married and has twin boys. She is active in sports following a distinguished high school and collegiate basketball career. In addition, she dedicates her free time to community volunteer work.
