Sapna holds an LLB (Hons.) from the University of Mauritius and an LLM (International Financial Law) from the University of Manchester. Sapna is experienced in company law, corporate reorganizations, insolvency law and intellectual property law. She has afforded professional guidance to clients operating in the insurance sector, construction industry and management companies. Being a registered trainer with the MQA, Sapna has been involved in the delivery of courses in legal fields, such as contract law and employment law. Sapna has previously worked at Moore Stephens, KPMG in Mauritius, and in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court.
