Sandra Y. Bodeau, Esq.
Sandy Bodeau counsels clients in business structures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and franchise related transactions. Her banking and finance background provides the experience to lead and manage complex transactions involving business purchases, sales and mergers.
As a franchise attorney, Sandy assists emerging and established franchisors, licensors, distributors, sales representatives, and manufacturers in the sale and distribution of products and services. She has helped franchisors set up and structure their systems and works on the daily operational and compliance issues with franchise and distribution systems. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including food and bar service, real estate, retail merchandise sales, recreational vehicles, automobile, home services, medical and hospitality.
A participant in the firm’s multi-unit retail practice, Sandy also provides legal counsel to clients on the financing of and purchase or sale of franchise units and owner-operated businesses.
Sandy has been a speaker on business and commercial issues for the continuing legal education of her peers in both Minnesota and Texas.
