Samiksha B. Patel, Esq.
BACKGROUND
Samiksha Patel was born in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies.
Ms. Patel attended St. Thomas University, School of Law in Miami, Florida, where she earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude. While attending Law School, she worked as Judicial Clinical Intern for the Broward County Court and clerked in the Homicide Division for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. In addition to her academics, Ms. Patel was a Dean’s Fellow and an Active Learning Instructor at St. Thomas where she tutored and instructed students in Civil Procedure, Wills and Trusts and Evidence.
Ms. Patel joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2008. Her practice areas include residential and commercial real estate matters, estate planning, foster parent/county liability and business transaction and litigation matters.
