Russell Mików is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who now concentrates his practice on asserting creditors’ rights and liquidating corporate debt and assets throughout North America.
Russell served several years as a litigator, appearing regularly before state and federal courts in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He has also successfully represented clients in many mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Russell applies this extensive experience to best assert the rights of business creditors. He continually achieves favorable out-of-court resolutions for clients in disputes around the continent. As a former litigator, he is well placed to decide when litigation or arbitration is in a client’s best interests. He manages and coordinates the successful enforcement efforts of KMKSC directly, or in association with local co-counsel, to ensure that our clients’ interests are effectively advocated and resolved.
Mr. Mików has also advised the not-for-profit sector regarding the formation and incorporation of non-profit entities and registration and protection of design-related intellectual property assets.
