Roger McConkie’s area of practice with Prince Yeates is litigation.

Most of Roger’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation and defending complex personal injury cases. His practice involves representing world class convention centers, defending amusement parks, cheerleading companies and major trucking companies.  He also engages in insurance defense.

Roger was appointed at the request of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as a receiver in the United States District Court in a 15 million dollar securities fraud case.

He also defends construction and development clients in federal and state fair housing matters and in property disputes. And has represented doctors and other health care providers before the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.
