Roger McConkie’s area of practice with Prince Yeates is litigation. While most of his practice focuses on general commercial litigation, he is also experienced in defending physicians before the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Mr. McConkie also defends construction and development clients in federal and state fair housing matters. He was appointed at the request of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as a receiver in the United States District Court in a 15 million dollar securities fraud case.
