Robert W. Gluck, Esq.

Robert Gluck served as the Middlesex County Prosecutor from 1992 through 1998. In private practice, he represents clients in Criminal Law and general litigation. He has defended clients in the Superior, Appellate, Federal District, Federal Circuit, and Supreme Courts of New Jersey, and has had numerous reported cases. He has authored various articles and lectures extensively.  He has been voted by his peers as a Super Lawyer each year since the inception of the distinction in 2005.

Robert is perhaps the only lawyer in the State of New Jersey to both prosecute and defend a death penalty case. His previous positions include: Chairman of the Capital Punishment Committee, County Prosecutor’s Association; First Vice President, New Jersey Prosecutor’s Association; and Faculty Advisor, Executive Course, National District Attorney Association. He was a member of the National District Attorneys Association, and is currently a member of the New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey State (Criminal Law Section) American Bar Associations, the Trial Lawyers of Middlesex County and Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.

He graduated from Rutgers University, and obtained his law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Newark (Pi Sigma Alpha), where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Haydn Proctor, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Criminal Justice. In addition, he was a research assistant on the Criminal Law Revision Commission, and has authored articles on Search Warrants and Expungement Procedures.
